When Daddy's Gone...

Goldfish are everywhere since Mommy was watching Daddy and not Sadie.

This is the face we always get when Sadie isn't sure what's she is doing is okay or not.

"Can I go in, Mom?", says Sadie. "No", replies Mom.

...mommy lets me do whatever I want! Brian has been gone this week speaking at a youth camp in Virginia. We have been able to watch the services online, so I brought Sadie's highchair into the office so she can eat breakfast while we listen to Brian. Well, sometimes I get distracted. Sadie got into the bag of Goldfish that I gave her and proceded to empty most of them onto the tray while I wasn't looking. Oh well. Later that same day, Sadie climed up on the bathtub in our room while I was fixing my hair. Brian hates it when I let her do this because he's always afraid she is going to fall. Since we all know that mommy's have eyes in all parts of their head, I continued to get ready while I was watching her out of the corner of my eye. She figured out how to turn on the water and started playing in it - and oh what fun she had. She got braver and braver about leaning over until she got perfectly balanced on her belly. She couldn't move forward or get back down on her feet. It was really funny! We can't wait for Daddy to come home!!
